We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming spot, especially the stunning circular walk around Moel Cynwch, where we took in breathtaking views. Our two sons had a blast exploring the outdoors, and the warm hospitality from the hosts made it feel like home.
My kids wished there were a few more activities for them to enjoy indoors during the occasional rainy day.

Peaceful getaway with great vibes
Just spent 2 nights unwinding in a stunning spot. Lorraine and Alex were super friendly and their place felt like home. Breakfast was tasty, and I loved chilling outside with their adorable dogs. Met some cool folks at dinner too! Only wish there were more evening dining options available, but it was still a fab experience.

Cozy lounge with a wood burner.
Finding Dolffanog Fawr was very frustrating. Our SatNav directed us halfway up a hillside, and the sign was nearly obscured by foliage, making it hard to spot. The challenging bend in the road only added to the confusion, and without prior warning about these navigation issues, it would have been much smoother.
